JQP, I also expect rational action from OPEC. IRAN with recent elections has an even more rational regime. The world will have to get used to $25+ crude just as they've gotten used to tech in the stratosphere. With the electric utilities shifting to NG generation, we will soon need to get used tosignificantly higher NG prices also.

With crude at 30+, I added even more APA at 33 this am. Average cost is now 33.61. IMHO this is almost as good as getting RIG at 24 was in DEC. I bought a lot but didn't super load on RIG then because of the uncertainties associated with the SLB spin off.

Maybe crude will eventually be higher than APA. More likely we'll see APA at twice the price of crude.

Have been very happy with my FSESX holdings. They are better stock pickers than I am. But in my limited universe, I have done well buying low and selling high. I feel more confident following only a few stocks, trying to really "know" them well.

Interesting comment on CNBC this am, namely that the old DOW would have been 750 pts. lower if MSFT hadn't replaced CHV, etc.

Have a good day all. Winkman

JQP,

I am as baffled as you are... Right here, right now I've got a nice little gain in DO (9%) for holding it one week... My heart wants to sell NOW, Today... But, the underlying fundamentals are improving daily as the stocks languish... Is this a the Biggest BULLISH DIVERGANCE on the planet, or is the market smarter than we are?

I reallllllyyyyyy don't know!!!!!!!,
Dan
