Gordon, You are not kidding about the fate of tobacco money. Here in Santa Barbara the fight is on with what to do with the millions. The Repubs want to invest it and make money, the Demos want to blow it all kinds of pet projects. I am actually going to vote "yes" on a proposition that would repeal a 50 cent tax on cigs just because the money is not being used for children's programs like it was supposed to, but is being used for all kinds of other political uses. -John
