John, sadly have to agree: good product + inept management = lowball buyout This is a poor deal compared to others, or what this could have been if company better managed. But it was not, and we must compare to possible alternatives. They are a better bid (unlikely, but worth a few days wait) and nothing at all (very likely, i.e. take it or leave it and see how you like what's left). Pascoe did not turn the company around, but he did keep it alive long enough for the shrewd Mr. Cadogan to come along and cherry-pick it. I'm not impressed with the prospects of ADCT, just now, so I'll be off after a few more days. Luck to All, Better Tomorrows. David
