Michael,

I'm wondering if you have any thoughts on PUMA. The earnings and sales reported yesterday...7MM in sales for the quarter with basically break-even results. I understand they are expecting quick growth due to the exploding hand-held and cellular internet appliance stuff.

Market cap is now 2.3B. I suspect most of their software sales will be via OEM and that they may end up doing 100MM or more in yearly revenues within the next couple of years.

I actually owned it when it was 2 per share and sold at 8. The best I can see its a 20 dollar stock. Premiums seem a bit rich. Is this one you would play with your 90/10 plan or are there not enough underlying faults besides the "disconnect" in valuation?

Mike,

Are you doing anything with the QQQs?

From what I understand virtually all net fund inflows related to pensions, IRAs, Keoghs, and 401Ks are moving into the growth and technology funds. Overall, the flow of funds is negative. Seems to me that in a handful of weeks the Nasdaq is toast. Liquidity will almost vanish. THis is not my style of investing, but obviously value has nothing to do with the performance of that index right now anyway.

Mike,

I'm starting a new internet company that I think might do well in case this is the beginning of the the BK.

It's called dumpster.com.

For a small fee I will find bears willing to purchase foreclosed "bull" houses and at the same time set up a new residence in a dumpster.

I have single models, a duplex, and puddle front property.
