Wish you luck Walter but don't believe you have any possible way to avoid the sale approval passing a shareholders meeting. Even if management can't vote their shares (kind of different rules when this kind of special shareholders meeting is held) they will easily have enough shares/proxies in their pocket to do this deal. I really thought the company worth a lot more than this deal appears to offer. After exercise of options etc. there will probably be in excess of 21 million shares outstanding. Sure looks like at best 50 cents in stock in an unnamed company will be the regretable result. Hey on the other hand maybe they'll payout all the cash in the bank to shareholders and then just sell the patents and shell to the new company. Don't see that happening but management aren't very forthcoming.
