The PSP designation is reserved for Nortel service partners who meet stringent certification requirements. This agreement positions Compaq to expand its Nortel business in all regions, and to capture new services business in areas such as telecom where we have not had high visibility. Nortel is a longtime leader in the telecommunications space.
