I think it is certainly a risk. I don't think the shares are out there. The risk is that when they are distributed to HP shareholders, they will be out there, the float will increase, and the price may drop related to those dynamics. The figure in my earlier post also depends on a figure that I think was quoted in a registration statement and I will try to find more recent news this weekend.

This is in effect a lockup of shares-a standard approach used to release IPOs and increase share price.
