A clown from the ECB talked too much and now we have the euro down at $0.9750 again. If he'd have kept his mouth shut, the euro/dollar would probably still be above parity. IMO there was no necessity at all to talk about a postponement in interest rates increases by the ECB. I think this was just a plain stupid move.
