<Earnings Play #3 february 28 which I already put on today's watch list and yesterday's, as it had a good report is movin along 95% of its intraday range> It surged from 31 to 38 yesterday so the stock 'has the goods' for a high flyers. Remember MEDX and MDYN, they have now become fine upstanding members of the "hiflyers club".. I'm expecting a scenario much like we had in MOGN, ABSC and GLGC.. ending in a resounding gain after a short shake out of profit takers. EP # 5 February 28 was also upgraded yesterday and has 137 big blocks.. This looks like the earnings anticipation setting in.

Will the bulletin board replace the MGEMS web site for WL and EP's with background info and hyper links? (this will be e-mailed to all clients) * The Bulletin Board WILL NOT replace the Market Gems Website... The bulletin Board will only be for INTRADAY UPDATES so we won't have to use numbers and for some older picks that might have something newsworthy. That sort of thing wouldn't sit right on a web site. * The Watch Lists and Earnings Plays will be exactly as before... Watch Lists will be web based and in addition a text version will be e-mailed. There will either be more charts on the watch lists or the 'buy triggers' will be on the bulletin board,, either way buy triggers will be added to our Watch List whenever possible.. Same thing the Earnings Calendar. * Earnings Plays will be like on the last interactive calendar, with updates, charts, red/green lights, analysts comments, fundamentals and links.. We have to have it placed on a server however, the calendar should be compared with a 'program' and it needs a server to operate. The Market Gems Server will be no more and Pristine is going to unveiling something entirely incredible so we are waiting. In the interim the 'newsletters' will return as in the old format. The season is not heavily underway so you shouldn't really feel the transition. Is the bulletin board available yet (i've tried to get in without success) - if BB is not available now ---when ? is it next tuesday? Can we access it with our Mgems id and password? If not how does one get a an Id and password for the bulletin board? No the bulletin board is being customized by a programmer from Ultimate Bulletin Board. It is being moved temporarily to the market gems server (so we don't have to wait 2 weeks) and then it will be moved to Pristine's server (that move will be without any motion sickness".. We decided to do away with passwords "forum passwords" for the convenience of our subscribers so we moved the bulletin board to completely protected area instead of protecting just certain forums. You will have access to the bulletin board the moment you enter your password to the Market Gems Website. A link will be placed right near the watch lists, earnings plays calendar.. I like the Emails of the watch list and the earnings play as well will those continue? Also I like the email alerts like the one you sent out today for eg.. I find this way I don't miss out on your timely info.. E-mail alerts will continue, we'll do whatever Pristine does, however E-mail alerts will be surchargeable.. on the other hand, bulletin board alerts will be free as before on SI..they will pretty timely also but if you are working you might like the alerts. When do you expect to have the MGEMS book out? Will it be distributed to subscribers automatically or do we have to order it? The books will be available on all Financial internet sites as well as Pristine's own website... Don't order it, its premature. I'm hoping to have parts of it made into a short Market Gems Seminar.. and that will be BEFORE the book is published. The book is finished as far as I'm concerned. Now its just a matter of editing and whatever it is that happens once a manuscript is done. I've already downloaded the ESP software from Pristine and I have password for the free portion but I haven't used it yet, is this what you refer to as the light version? I can honestly say ESP has taken over by storm and I still have to follow the leader, which is Pristine in how they approach it with Market Gems... Its safe to assume it will be surcharged but it would be a whole lot cheaper than a chat room ($30-50 something like that)..I spoke to Eric about programming in some of Market Gems strategies, but either way it will be explained and most likely adapted to "Market Gems ESP" as per our strategies and theirs.. Remember ESP is an "extra", Depending on your level of trading acumen. Not everyone needs as much aids as others. Don't worry about surcharged "grandfathered' members.. Anyone who was a Market Gems member before we transfer will have almost no added charges probably for years to come. ESP, "Core" Portfolio, and e-mail is the only ones that will be charged and that is really a Pristine Service that will be... sharing/utilizing.. The regular Market Gems service will not go up in price at all. We will just have it run with more 'staff' Pristine doesn't want us to change, they want us just the way we are. Its really a marriage of minds and not a metamorphosis.. Discounts of course will be available... We expect to get a whole lot of new subscribers since we have never advertised before and well now its been taken care of. Its from this new pool that we would have to raise rates somewhat and expect new subscribers. Whatever we do, we will never be anything less than affordably and fairly priced. Our present subscribers are what brought Market Gems to where it is, and I certainly am not going to tax them a tariff for their loyalty.. No price raises but actually more services (i.e. intraday updates, bulletin board, buy signals and intraday charts on the Bulletin board etc).. <Time Line> If it were only Market Gems changing it would be quicker but here are some exciting plans in the works for Pristine as well and so we wait to debut their innovations and further developments. I'd say the middle of March is their time line.
