I agree. ORCL seems to be a big winner (or at least that's what the news releases seem to suggest). ITWO is the big loser. CMRC is now a smaller player in a much larger exchange. Indeed, in THE Exchange with a capital E. So its a positive. That's my knee-jerk take. That said, the street obviously likes the deal...so far.
