They certainly do! Stan and ECD have been accused of "giving the technology away" and I do believe the present royalty rates are extremely low. But there are huge density improvements in the works for the RW products so the next round of licensing agreements may be very different in the results for ECD. And note that RW is just coming into its own with the advent of DVD recorders.
