Rajak, the information I read about watermarking stated that they put a 10 bit code into every single second of song. Now if that song is 3:30 long you would be talking about slicing that file up into 210 different parts.

If you were to do Yes's, ' Close To the Edge ' which comes in at 18:50 in length you'd be talking about quite a few pieces. Sounds like that software would be kind of slow to play a song in real time but I don't know.
