No one ever take responsibility for their own actions do they?

Pathetic but a very similar case has been on 60 minutes or Dateline a couple of times. It involved casino boat gambling and some guy who owned his own construction co. The guy would get loaded at the tables and he lost millions, they guy then sued the casinos.

I am not even sure it is a done deal but again, no responsibility taken, just amazing.

i've been exchanging emails these past few days with that journalist, Goldstein (he's been bashing online brokers lately, nothing rare from a guy working for a Dow Jones site), this is the latest reply i received this morning from him:

"Hi - I was expecting to hear from you on this story. I don't doubt there are success stories, but this one is pretty interesting too. I'd certainly be interested in hearing more about your success. But in the meantime, I'm trying to do a story about investor sentiment given the big gap between the dow jones and the nasdaq comp -- My assumption is that online investors like yourself are mostly by tech and nasdaq stocks. So i'm writing to readers that I hear from frequently to get a sense of what would have to happen to make them lose confidence in the Nasdaq. I'd like to hear what you think. If you do want to respond, is it okay if i attribute comments to you. to do that i'd need your full name. also if you want include your phone number because i probably will want to talk to people in greater depth next week. my number is 212-xxx-xxxx. - matt goldstein"
