As I indicated earlier, closure of this penant pattern must occur prior to mid March. A close below $38 (I don't think so!) implies a test of support at $35.

First I don't think AMD's current chart really requires any explanation...its a normal consolidation after a major runup. Yesterday's low was a retesting of bottoms...which was a higher bottom than a couple of weeks ago...a bullish sign.

Secondly, the Intel longs would have been lucky to have had Intel run like AMD has over the past few months.

Depending on the markets of course, but I expect AMD to resume its upward trend in the next week or so.
