Some more for everyone who maybe still here (it is pretty dead). This LOOKS like a slam dunk but until there is confirmation by independent sources of the technology this is still somewhat speculative. I still want to see the 3D sector go!

New Visual Entertainment, Inc. Files Lawsuit Relating to Termination OfAstounding.com Merger Agreement


SAN DIEGO, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- New Visual Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NVXE) announced today that it has recently filed a lawsuit in state district court in Dallas, Texas against Astounding.com, Inc. and Jack Robinson relating to a September 1999 merger agreement between the parties. New Visual previously announced the termination of the merger agreement on February 16, 2000, explaining that certain conditions to the merger had not been satisfied. The Company's complaint alleges that, among other things, Astounding.com, Inc. and Robinson breached certain contractual obligations to New Visual and engaged in negligent and/or fraudulent misrepresentations to induce New Visual to enter into the merger agreement. New Visual is seeking a court order confirming that the merger agreement is null and void, unspecified damages, court costs and attorneys fees.
