Mandorin Gold is currently halted pending clarification to the exchange, pertaining to its 'change of business'.
It closed at .73 up .32 on the day prior to its halt.
They have signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 50 per cent of a multicurrency e-billing business from Hawkesbridge Ltd., an e-business incubation and management company with head offices in Sydney, Australia
