I'm trying to understand this...Why in the world would NYRR want to own a roller hockey team?? Or is it just the wall street people involved?

Is this another situatin where NYRR buys a company, like the trucking firm, out of bankruptcy, then ends up owning just a portion of it???

The Company is not "... trading again on the OTC"; it's gone to the Pink Sheets. The "E" was removed, and NYRR now wanders through the Fuschia Forest, from whence it will return no one knows. This accounts for the wide price swings, and no serious investor will touch it with a 10-foot pole for as long as it wanders in The Pink Wilderness; the illiquidity means certain robbery. Try to forget about this one unless and until it makes its return to a listed trading forum; for now, NYRR is, alas, lost.
