David FYI.....

There is a large buyer in ROBO trying to work as quietly as possible. Whenever any retail stock comes for sale, it gets snapped up fairly quickly...there are solid bids loaded at $3, which is where I've been accumulating stock for the past few days.

I've had recent contact with the company and am extremely encouraged by what I hear.

Have you taken a look at the revamped Swapstation website yet? Pretty nice stuff.....

You've made some terrific calls with INDG and PARS recently....looking forward to some fun with this one. Please post anything new you hear, especially concerning the internet initiatives. I am getting the sense that this is something the company is serious about...are you hearing the same thing?

Eshed Robotec (1982) Limited Announces That its New Subsidiary MEMCALL Files for Memory Technology Patent
ROSH HAAYIN, Israel, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Eshed Robotec (1982) Ltd. the "Company") (Nasdaq: ROBO), a company whose shares are traded both on Nasdaq (ROBO) and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, hereby announces that it has incorporated a subsidiary company -- MEMCALL INC. -- in the United States. MEMCALL filed yesterday (Feb 28, 2000), a patent application for a new computer memory technology -- CALL OUT MEMORY (COM).

This new technology, if proven successful, may drastically reduce search time for data in computer memory and in databases on Internet servers, network servers and Internet search engines. The advantage of this technology is that while seeking information, the correct memory cell can be reached directly, as opposed to most of the current existing technologies which search many irrelevant memory cells in each memory search -- a process which entails a lot of computer time. Other smart memory technologies are available but are limited in their capacity. MEMCALL's technology may solve this memory size limitation, and may enable the manufacture of modular memory components with larger capacities, similar to those of regular memories.

The technology may be applicable to a wide range of computer systems -- personal computers, Internet servers, communication network servers, Internet search engines and database management systems. The technology may be used in the manufacture of electronic memory chips of various memory capacities.

MEMCALL will shortly commence the development of memory circuit prototypes based on this new technology, in order to check its applicability and its advantages over existing technologies. No assurance can be given that this technology will be proven successful.
