I read the article(still TOO long) :o)

The task of rehabilitation is made all the easier by the fact that Mr McCain spent most of the war being tortured by psychopaths, not mowing down innocent villagers.

The only problem I had with this article, is the generalization that while McCain was tucked away,all the rest of the troops were out bombing babies and such. This is just not true, there were many GOOD fighting men in Vietnam and some bad, as in every war. There is a good book out that addresses that issue, called Stolen Valor, written by B.G. Burkett. In it he dispels much myth written about the war in Vietnam. It is a long book so needless to say I have not finished it......
