The market is telling you that the Silvertip will be a mine within 200 years or so, depending and perhaps and of course if there were some gold in it and maybe some infrastructure and when all other deposits closer to these things are mined out. Okay 500 years away. Discount that back to present value. Zero? The stock is however probably a buy as the controlling shareholder has probably had enough of expert geologists and may want to get on with providing a deal that gives liquidity to the position. So buy PVO but not for the Silvertip. Kaiser may not have reasoned his way to this but that's my final answer.
