Ditto. If the music industry doesn't establish a "legal" download site soon, they are going to lose a fortune in sales. I'd guess that most people would be willing to pay a fair price per song for the convenience of getting a first-class cut of whatever song they wanted, whenever they wanted it. But if the only way to get what you want is to bend the rules, the rules will be bent. Either way, SNDK will benefit.

Re: your firewall. Be sure ro change your Napster shared setting to an empty directory. Otherwise, you'll automatically become an upload site where anyone who wants can upload any .MP3 you've downloaded (which can severely reduce your download speed!) Like you, I worry about exactly what's being uploaded by Napster. I'd hate to think that my credit card numbers are being forwarded to crooks in parts unknown :-(
