Yup! Bought back cc's today

Turned out to be a bad move. Didn't listen to your advice you gave me the other day. Listened to others.

NOW? "All ears," professor.

Mr. V-

I started investing just over 3 yrs ago. I got on the Q train last July. I never had time to imagine what I would do with as much money as I now have...and suddenly...I had it. By no means am I in a position to sink it all into bonds and retire, but I can feel it from here.

Now, I am learning the reality of being careful what you wish for. This is easy money. But then again, it ain't. I haven't had a decent night's sleep this year.

Just for perspective...I remember one or two of your outbursts at impatient folks on the Dell thread when they complained of the persecution they suffered while Dell languished....."suffering is a child in Mexico City, roving a garbage heap in bare feet hoping to find an orange peel to eat......"

I've spent a fair amount of time in developing countries and, believe me, seeing people scramble for flats of weevil-ridden bread in Sudan woke me up as to how lucky I am.
Yet...if there is a more effective/less stressful way to provide for myself...I'm all eyes and ears.

1st uninformed question: What's the difference between rolling out a call and buying it back?

Many thanks in advance-
Darin
