Title : Reason for the addition release of shares

Some have been concerned about the additional release of 2.5 mil shares in bpur which obvious dilutes (a little) the float and possibly retards the price advance. The following is a contact with Mr Sayles at Biopure and this was his response to the voiced concern:
Please note that the additional 2.5 million shares have not yet been offered, as we are waiting to hear back from the SEC on the registration statement that was filed earlier this week. However, the company has been open about its need to raise additional money this year, and this offering could be interpreted as an indication that our business plan and progress are on track. In other words, even though there will potentially be 2.5 million more shares, raising additional capital can be a positive indicator of progress. Thisis, of course, open to interpretation, but if the company progresses and the stock price rises over time, then all shareholders benefit.

BPUR,CDTS, LPTHA and WWCA: I would stay 'asis' for now on BPUR. Here is another upgrades
<<Lehman also upped Western Wireless (WWCA) and Sprint PCS (PCS). >> Paper loss on BPUR was made up by the spread trade on ITWO. I would re-visit ITWO and QCOM again on Monday. CDTS and LPTHA are good to watch and to be traded in a short term basis.
