Hello PT and all,

Any idea where Goutama is? Or if there is interest in another earnings estimate contest? Not that the two are/must be related. I might even be willing to assist in the data gathering/compilation.

Lately I have been busy with other things, which have kept me from participating on this board as much as I would've liked to. Regarding the contest, I would like to take care of it again.

Just a week ago, I signed up for two domains - www.amdroid.com to provide AMD CPU related market data with graphs (cpu price comparisons, Athlon proliferation, OEMs market share, and any thing requested by this board members etc); and www.epscontest.com which, I will use to host the contest data. My future plan is to automate the eps contest process so that I can extend it to more companies and message boards. I think it's much easier for AMD investors from this and other message boards to find the contest info from a web site rather than from a message board.

Coming back to the contest topic - how about starting the contest for this quarter in the first week of March? Before we start the contest, I would appreciate any discussion on what to include in the contest(eg: eps, Athlons sold/ASP, etc.,) as well as suggestions for any changes/additions that would make this quarter competition better than the previous one.

FYI - last quarter contest items - EPS, Athlons sold/ASP, K6-xs sold/ASP, Memory Division revenues, closing stock price the day after the EPS announcement.

Regards,
Goutama
