Where do these idiots get their numbers? COHU earned .58 last quarter! Bill, I don't follow Cohu and can't comment on them. But it is likely that they are in the same situation as CYMI. I happened to look last night at CYMI. Yahoo shows the consensus at $.29, the same as last Q. I thought "what a bunch of idiots." I called up my spreadsheet which shows $.38 for my projection. The thing that stuck out is the tax rate. CYMI went from no taxes last Q to 30% in Q1. This would explain no sequential increase in projected EPS while business is booming. FWIW Jay
