Rather than market cap, it's primarily industry or sector-specific within each market cap range that's up or down. By the time this 'correction' is over, almost every stock in the homebuilding may be under $ 10. Almost all of the mobile home/manufactured housing is already under $ 5. But then that sub-industry has its own unique set of problems. Also true for healthcare sub-industries for nursing homes/assisted living, outpatient facilities, etc.

Model Portfolio

A friend and I started a thread on SI recently with a model portfolio of small cap stocks. Might be of interest to some here.

The portfolio is up 76.1% since its inception about a month ago, Jan 21, 2000.
