Hi davidcuming;
The stock had a good run-up prior to the announcement of the merger filing getting approval from the exchange. At the same time, it is my opinion that something else was behind this strong upward move..like maybe a contract or two ready for signatures... just guessing, however, we have known all along that time was close for CDNX approval of NSI's filing.

Just watching the trading behavior of CDNX companies prior to deals being announced...we first see a ~20% move...small price retreat, then a solid move upward. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a similar trading pattern for NSI.

Just think about it...we must be awfully close to hearing announcements of deals vis-a-vis their ICMS 2.0 technology.
Once we see announcements relative to the acceptance of this technology by the marketplace, I predict that the stock price will move decisively forward....the investment community is awaiting this validation of NSI technology.

Just MHO!!!!
