OK. So with these two dies on a chip what else do I need to put on the chip? Presumably I need some kind of arbiter for the shared bus lines? Would this be the same component as I would need on the motherboard for a "regular" dual processor system, and would it be small enough not to compromise yields further, or are we taking about having to load half the motherboard chipset onto the chip as well?
