WHAT ??? ... your missing the BOAT ... WE are the customers ... we pay quality $$$ for quality service ...service mentioned in the contract ... PERIOD... which is consistent correct data ... (i.e) Who cares if a baseball player is nursing a sore toe or a pinched shoulder ... you pay him a contract to deliver RESULTS ...the RESLUTS stipulated in the contract .... We are not hear for FUN and GAMES ... its BUSINESS!!! WE WANT RESULTS .... QUALITY DATA ... ON TIME ... Ever hear of " No Excuses Mangement" ... outlined in many of MBA programs
