Oooh, Gary!! you're getting me hot. I needed a car like that this week. I had to make a quick run from KS to Vegas and the open Interstate in Utah would have been perfect. Of course, I probably would've got caught and spent some time jail.

Vettes are very dangerous due to their power, but even more so due to their steering and suspension. If you've noticed, which you may not have due to the limited drive time, that when cornering if any bumps ,etc are present it the road the back end will "bounce" out to the side. I'm not sure if I've described this sensation accurately so that you know what I'm talking about, but it was always the ONE thing I didn't like about the Vette. It used to scare the sh*t out of me when it would happen. Uneven roads are always a concern as well. THe wide tires will pull the vehicle one way or the other.

All that said---I LOVED THAT CAR!!! Shouldn't have sold it since we'll never get another one like it. Doesn't work into the plan for a married guy with 4 kids.
