Insidious "let's get McCaw" thought -- let's have G, Loral, and NextWave (and also friends of these three companies) buy a sufficient quantity of Iridium and ICO debt obligations (and creditor claims) (things such as uncollected old bills from entities not paid in full by I and ICO, like the electric company) ... to BLOCK any reorganization that brings in McCaw. The owners of the debt instruments are the ones that control the destiny of a bankrupt entity (not the equity (stock) owners). Even with "the big move" lately, I assume I* debt is trading at 10 cents on the dollar or less ... Jon.
