Jim - I agree. As long as all their back filings hit EDGAR by a couple of days before the deadline, they should be able to avoid "pinkness." There's no substantive review required for K's and Q's. -Eric

Jim, I agree. The Company does not need to file SB10 . . . only 10Qs and Ks are necessary.
