svvs broke the rules and issued 17 million shares instead of 5 million or less. now is just a waiting game as funds and institutions continue to purchase shares.

you are looking at a company that is very similar to inap, which just opened its 14th pnap has roughly the same amount of shares in the float, 19 million and has a market cap of over 12 billion compared to 1.75 billion for svvs.

svvs currently has 9 pnaps in the u.s. and three more coming by march of 2000. expect some news shortly.
