That's an interesting question - I was unable to find any info on the Nasdaq web site about trading limits.

Here's the CME's current info on 'circuit breakers'

The NQ emini-nasdaq has been hitting limit down on a regular basis on down days. Whether the limits on the relatively illiquid (EDIT - Nasdaq 100 futures, not the SP) futures (as compared to the rest of the tech market) can prevent a plummet, I have no opinion. But I suspect in the event of a major meltdown, the futures will hit limit down after limit down fairly quickly as a result of 'no-bid' conditions...

Looks like a break out 2 me. One of only two 4 letter stocks I am still long. May add some more next week. Still in HR? I thought it may be bottoming a couple days ago- but I changed my mind friday. -ng-
