If you don't like the service, leave it. The reason people are "yelling" is because they do like the service. We like what it could be anyway. The worst part is when you politely point out that there is an issue and the reply is that its everybody elses problem. Anyone but quote.com is the one at fault. Do you remember how we pleaded with them to stop taking on more customers until they could get a handle on reliability issues? Did they? Suddenly everyone has a bad isp. Funny huh? Eric PS: To be fair it feels to me that quote.com is at least admitting that whatever is going on is at least partly their responsibility. I guess the obvious is just too hard to deny anymore.
