Hello Sonki. My prediction of DOW around 9800 is holding so far today. Would be nice if I could beat those bears out of their numbers. But now we are getting a little profit taking in the NAZ. That was kind of expected after many pundits on Friday called for it and we know what they say has to happen. gg. But I am glad that you reminded me that I was going to stay with techs. So I bought MRVC and LOOK today right into this NAZ down turn. A fool is born every day. gg.

I heard that techs will prevail and some profit taking and trading is expected. I am trading a cpl of stocks a week now but am holding on to quite a few long term positions.

About money flowing out of WMT. I bought 200 sh. of this the other day and also bought 200 sh. of Msft. I may buy some more Msft at the end of the day if it is still down. I wanted to buy some more CMRC this morning, but it could never catch it below 220. Maybe later on.

AOL. Robbie Stephens calls for an end of dead money in AOL. They believe that the dead money theory in AOL is dead now. Let's hope so.

JDSU and CMRC is touted all over the place with price targets in the 300's and JDSU will be splitting beginning of March.

Intel is taking a breather on its way to 150.

The drugs, especially Merck, are getting some attention again. But a lot of them are down today. I am holding Merck and will go back into WLA etc. when the coast looks a bit clearer for my liking.

If the NAZ plunges some more in the next cpl of days, I may have to do some more bottom fishing. Catching falling knives. Ouch.

Things could be worse. Talk is that Greenspan can't control the growth of technology with his interest rate hikes. We'll see. Best thing all around would be if he took a little breather just like the DOW did. gg.

Almost forgot about LU. I guess you heard that they will have to do diff. accounting? I believe with a diff. firm?

Sonny

PS. Went hunting for this last news about LU on the net. I guess LU was not told to switch from their accounting firm. I heard something on TV about it and sometimes I hear the story in passing. But if it's one of my stocks I am all ears. gg. And I don't own any LU at this time.
