Rick,

I *really* don't get it. What do they know that I don't? Fine, I know I'm both cognitively challenged and I probably have trouble reading English at times, but that's not enough to account for this madness. There has to be some deep and dark secret that no one but the shorts are aware of to justify this situation. Ok, a couple of million shares is ``only" $40M or so and maybe that doesn't matter much to these people.

The amount involved is of course assuming that you could cover it all at yesterdays closing price. But I really do not see that as a realistic option.

The days to cover number has decreased. But I don't think the number means a whole lot. If you look at the trading pattern, there just aren't a lot of shares to be had. Yes, you can get a few here and there, but the volume has gone down and a significant portion of the float is in some pretty solid hands.

Does anyone have any thoughts whatsoever on the rationale behind this particular shorting action? What possible piece of expected news could make it look like a brilliant move? I cannot believe it's the earnings. It would have to be something like miserable failure of the ADCON-P pivotal trials in my mind. But given the results of the pilot, that sounds highly unlikely and it would have to be a guess or the SEC would be coming down on whoever was doing it fast.

Thanks, Torben
