And stocks often are best not watched too closely. Friday was a tiring day and perhaps I just hoped for a goodnight story (rise on close) and instead it was a little more rambunctious (after-hours) without a clear plot.

PT, on Friday the stock rallied at the close with an excellent finish (considering the day), a very bullish sign. Someone did a lot of last minute buying.

What happens in afterhours has come to mean very little. That trading activity tends to be an anomaly. What I am most concerned about is the Dow closure below 10 K and what that will mean for Monday's trading.
