Hey all-

What do you make of these AOL rumors on the other board? I for one have never heard anything re: AOL until today. Also, I heard AOL was tying in with LHSP...

What have any of you heard? Is this bit about having to wait for the "exclusive" part of the EXCITE deal to expire before they can proceed a VALID claim. I haven't read the agreement...have any of you? When does it expire and does it ever expire?

Don't get me wrong, nothing like an AOL deal with GMGC to get the stock to double in a blip (which would again make me a happy dude), but it just does not make sense.

ONSTAR alone is worth huge value to us. MYTALK/Juno allegiance will bring MYTALK subscribers to 1 million + by June (IMO)...Kenya Agent technology (the "silver bullett")..

Add AOL....nahhh, just can't be true.

HC

Mark-

I can be relentless in achieving what I want to achieve. Yet, 1 person who is relentless is just a pain in the butt. I am trying to dovelop a group process anong the more directed and sophisticated within SI and RB to work togrether on a series of questions that we want answered--that we have a right to get answered.

I'm starting with collecting a list' see RB, which I will collect and compile, then send to the company, signed by investors. Tell them that they can answer us on the CC, they can answer us at the stock holders' meeting, send a press release out, what ever.

Markham is not managing the Investor communications well. He is not handling the PR for the firm well. These inadequacies ar ecosting the stockholders money. If this is part of a strategy, send us a message that lets us know that he is in control rather that hiding within technology.

I am used to advising and developing strategy over lunch with guys like Markham. Its part of what I do for a living.

IMHO, and working with the info I have from being part of the process for 3plus years, he is making significant tactical errors based on a flawed strategy, for which the company and we are and will be paying.

Now, I am prepared and will be happy to change my interpretation of the events, if he has a strategy and tactics that I just have not been able to see.

Because I am not a person who complains and then does nothing, I want to get this group of investors together to enter the frey, understand the strategies better, and then help if we can, by having a dialog with them.

Please help me. What are your suggestions?

You asked for revenue guesses for the last quarter.

For the quarter ending Sep 1999 they reported revenues of $1.7 million. Without counting any revenue from GM, I guess that revenues will be at least $3.0 million for the quarter ending Dec 31. I hope that total expenses are no more than $12 million (the same as the average for the first three quarters).

I am very interested in the cash flow since by my calculations their financial position is precarious although certainly not terminal after the GM deal. I am hoping that after the CC we will be able to see a financial plan to keep them afloat through the end of 2000.

You know me, the incredible optimist on GMGC. I hope I will not be accused of hyping the stock.
