Jeeze.... it certainly took the a LONG time to wrap up that private placement! It almost makes you wonder if everyone who got shares in it has already shorted the equivalent amount of shares at these levels to lock in their 3 to 4 baggers!! But... having said that... it would indicate that the stock would be free to run now............. Your thoughts about how COT just had a shakeout and now should run hard and fast are exactly how I feel about GIV! I hope we are both right.
