Harry, despite the Gann sell signal Favours picked up I agree with most people that we're overdue for a rally on the DOW. Whether this is a definitive out of correction mode rally I don't know, but right now the DOW is pricing in a rather severe slowdown, not to say recession. We are about 4 weeks into a classic correction - and these usually last 6-8 weeks. SO despite what I said earlier in another post it's probably wise to buy financials in the next 2 weeks. ONE, BAC - you name it. (I'll put up a sample list shortly.)

My guestimate is that the DOW rally begins in earnest around ca. 10-15 March. As for the Naz... you have to see all these stocks as tributary to the old, i.e. real world economy, because when the cash dries up and companies don't accept hot IPO stock for payment the New Paradigmers will get hit with a Krach - just as they always have done, from the Union Generale railway liquidity crisis of 1873 on up. Do keep an eye on the financials and the bonds - they are and always will be the bottom line - until we have universal acceptance of new paradigm cash ;)
