Mr Marcos......I thought you died in Hawaii....do you still have any of your wife's shoes as Sandintoes might want to buy some from you.....now I am confused as to exactly why someone who just stated he is going to make GNET long his homepage happens to have also just started this thread called GNET a good short or what??? Subject 33644 Please explain.

Also what is this I find about you stating you kicked yourself for selling GNET when they bought SI...here is an excerpt

Funny thing is, I thought go2net was brilliant when they scored the best site on the internet for nothing more than a
bit of share paper. And they were, of course, lol. Kicked myself later for not holding the paper for that first year,

So Mr Marcos this is the GNET long thread and we here would b e glad to discuss gnet with you but if your sole purpose here is to trash gnet because you are angry about classic si ending well then may I be the first to suggest you "kick" yourself again over to your new thread and discuss it there.

What do you think they'll wipe out next, Sarkie?

You.

Rumour is there was a thread called 'NDB Sucks', but it got wiped out.

marcos, Classic SI contained links to archived threads. New (and Only) SI does not have those links. The search mechanism does not bring them up because it only searches "current" material, i.e. the threads accessible via the "Stock Talk" links.

When I realized this a month or so ago, I posted queries and pleas to save the archived links on various threads, and PM'd Bryan and Bob, but to no avail.

Perhaps if they receive more pleas to bring back the links to archived threads, they will.

Even better would be an option on the search mechanism to search archived threads.
