Well, I used it last night to get in the "back door" while the "front door" was "locked". "Back door" now seems to be "nailed shut". :-((

It would seem SI has disconnected the old version,hence the access problem late last night and early this AM.I have sent them many emails during this transition period pointing out their painfully obvious lack of technological expertise.Canned boilerplate responses were the replies.SI has slipped into the depths of mediocrity.Ineptness permeates the daily operation of this once model of efficiency.It's their shame to bear.
