Mark,
I visited your site www.m2im.com , quite nice.
However, may I make a suggestion for clarity?
In your top of the page paragraph, the numbers are misleading someone to think that the 23M shares is 7%, when in fact:
7% equal to the 23M public shares plus the 15M private placement shares(mot, nok etc), which then equates to 7%=38M shares, and thus total = 542M shares?
