Problem is that I can't leave without ocean and fishing. :)

Nevada will not be good choice for me. With my hidden gambling personality I am afraid that gains will evaporate quickly.

BTW, CELG sale was simply cash rise for found which will be source for home loan refinancing.

NOTHING is wrong with CELG!
