DMP...

Simple ways to monitor distribution phases can be found by watching for divergences in money flows and on balance volumes during increases in prices.

When prices move higher, and money flows and on balance volume indicators move lower, it is a good bet that smart money is leaving the market, or the issue.

Jeffry White: Well I am self taught and pay no homage to any tech guru except the man that opened my eyes many years ago to manipulation on Wall Street...Richard Ney! But I do recognize there are many good techs on SI and getting paid for their stuff dudes/dudettes...<g>

There are various forms of accumulation and distribution by the big boys. Frankly it use to be much harder to spot. It seems to me now days they do not feel the need to camouflage like they use to. Manipulation now is often in your face. I think that says something about the current administration and the SEC!

Yes, selling into a price-induced rally is one way distribution is done. It is one of the more easily recognized...IE: The COMP chart I have been posting for the last few months!
