Ruffian: Another "puzzlement". The Q is not only the butt of misinformation and FUD by the eastern establishment press, but the Q also seems to have difficulty with the FCC. The FCC gives a time extension to the Q's opponents, yet it is fighting Nextwave in the courts, and seems to be moving with less than lightening speed on "caller pays" which would help the Q and others launch wireless data use nationwide. What is going on here? Difficult to understand. Perhaps I misunderstand. Comments? Best. Chaz
