Semi2000,

Through last Friday, FSII is up 51 percent for this year. This performance puts it in 15th spot out of 35 - essentially right in the middle of the pack.

I think the stock has potential for good performance going forward, but for me, I need some evidence of a change in character of this stock. It has been a laggard compared to the rest of the group since I bought it in 1996. The quarterly losses have been consistent. Latest estimates still show a loss of 57 cents for the year ending in August. Then for the following year ending in August 2001, just about 18 months from now, the estimate is for a gain of 43 cents for a next year PE of 40 - one of the highest in the group.

I think the stock is going to continue upward from here, but I also believe that unless the company starts providing some better earnings performance, it is going to continue to be a mediocre performer in the future compared to many of its peers.

By the way, as all of my friends know, all you have to do to make money in the stock market is to follow me around and just do the opposite of what I do - you will soon be a rich person!!<gg>
