Okay, pro-lifers, time to show your stuff.

Please explain, in very specific and precise terms:

(1) Who, under your scheme of things, would be liable for criminal or civil penalties vis-a-vis abortion; and

(2) The nature of the criminal and civil penalties.

Please DO NOT make generic statements such as: "That would be up to the judge" "That would be up to the jury" or "That would be up to the state legislature."

Instead, please provide the answers to questions (1) and (2) assuming that YOU were the judge, the jury, and the state legislature.

Thanks.

I've answered some of your questions, but you've answered none of mine. Before we get into the color of the potential prison uniforms assigned to abortionists, why don't you tell me how you can justify abortion if there is even the slight possibility that life begins at conception and that, by endorsing "abortion rights", you are perhaps endorsing a form of murder?

Can you prove that life does not begin at conception? What evidence would you use to prove this? If you cannot prove it, aren't you potentially in error as to your personal opinion as to when life begins?
