Web-- having played ARBs for years it is rare to find anything in the 30 - 40 % discount area. 20% is actually high if there is more than a minor concern for the deal to fly. Usual ARBs are in the 5% - 8% range on decent near term deals. I suspect coms to be in the 12% +- range due to the length of time until distribution, EB being involved in both companies, and the high amount of interest in the issue.
